If you are starting from the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, walk south along 14th Street towards Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue until you reach 18th Street. Turn right onto 18th Street and follow it as it curves into Park Road. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles, and you will see H. C. Ogden House on your left at 12 Park Rd.

From the Wheeling Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop on 14th Street. Take the bus route that goes towards Woodsdale. Request to get off at the Park Road stop. From there, walk down Park Road for a short distance, and you will find H. C. Ogden House at 12 Park Rd on your left.

If you are renting a bike, start from the Wheeling Heritage Port. Head southwest on the Riverfront Trail until you reach 14th Street. Turn left onto 14th Street and then right onto Main Street. Continue on Main Street until you reach 18th Street, where you will turn right. Follow 18th Street, which will change into Park Road. H. C. Ogden House will be located on your left at 12 Park Rd.
