If you are starting from the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, walk south along 14th Street towards Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue until you reach 18th Street. Turn right onto 18th Street and follow it as it curves into Park Road. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles, and you will see H. C. Ogden House on your left at 12 Park Rd.
