If you are starting from the Wheeling Island Hotel Casino Racetrack, head south on Main St for about 1.5 miles. Continue straight until you reach 10th St. Mull Center LLC will be on your left at 1025 Main St. Look for the building with the sign that says 'Mull Center LLC'.
