Follow US-16 E for approximately 50 miles until you reach the junction with WY-220. Take the exit onto WY-220 S toward Alcova. Continue on WY-220 for about 25 miles. Independence Rock will be on your left. There is a designated parking area available at the site, where you can park for free.
