From any location within Bridger-Teton National Forest, navigate to the main road leading to the Moose area. If you are near the Grand Teton National Park entrance, head south towards Moose, WY. As you approach Moose, look for signs directing you to the Teton Park Road. Follow Teton Park Road until you reach the Glacier View Turnout. The coordinates are approximately 43.6909° N, 110.6727° W. There is no fee to access the turnout, but if you entered Grand Teton National Park, be aware of the park entrance fee.

While public transportation options are limited in the Bridger-Teton area, you can take a bus from Jackson, WY to the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center in Moose. From there, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Glacier View Turnout, which is approximately 15 minutes away by car.
