Getting There

    If you are driving from Chipata, head west on the Great East Road (A1) for approximately 150 km. You will pass through the towns of Sinda and Nyimba. Continue on the A1 until you reach the junction for the Chirundu turnoff. Take the turnoff towards Chirundu and follow the signs. The lodge is located about 20 km from the main road, so be prepared for some unpaved roads as you approach.

    From Chipata, you can take a bus heading towards Lusaka. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Chirundu. Once you arrive, you may need to hire a taxi or a local minibus to take you the remaining distance to Chirundu Safari Lodge. Be sure to confirm the fare beforehand.
