It was a unique and unforgettable experience. We visited really magical and surreal places. It was really nice to share the culture and traditions of this wonderful country. A fantastic three-day tour exploring Morocco, with the irreplaceable Guide of Zakaria Ouabbi. The magical experience of crossing the dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert at sunset on the hump of the dromedaries and spending a night in the Luxury Tent camp of Merzouga (spacious, comfortable and clean luxury tents). On the second day we had the chance to immerse ourselves in the culture and traditions of the Moroccan Arabs and Berbers, visiting the Marché Central Rissani, the Gorges of Dades and those of Todra. The Riad Gabsi du Dades, where we stayed the second night, surprised every expectation, with a cozy and well-kept room and its terrace with swimming pool with spectacular views. The staff was very kind, the dinner not trivial and the typical breakfast plentiful. Enchanting the different landscapes admired on the third day on the journey along the road of the thousand Kasbah towards Marrakech. Zakaria, who speaks Italian, was really nice and helpful. Passionate, he told us a lot of anecdotes and proved flexible in adapting the timing of the trip to our needs. Safe and prudent to Guide. It made the tour really special!

They were three beautiful days! When we booked through Civitatis we were told that if they did not reach the minimum number of people they would contact us. In fact, when we were already traveling, they wrote that they had not found two other people to come with us, so we could cancel or choose a private tour with a surcharge (120€ per person). We decided to accept the private tour because we could no longer organize otherwise, but we were very happy with our choice! Zakaria Ouaabi's Guide was special, a nice, kind guy who you see loves his job. When he realized that we wanted to take pictures he would stop to give us time to go down and take pictures, even if the program did not provide it. He explained a lot about Moroccan and Berber culture and was always available to answer our questions. The tented camp was neat and clean. The ride of the dromedaries to reach the camp took much longer than it was written in the program and the next morning we again rode the dromedaries to get out of the desert. The Riad Gabsi (Valley of Dades) where we slept the second night was gorgeous with a beautiful infinity pool, and the typical food was revisited so as not to always offer tajine and couscous. Very good! We visited the cooperative produces oil and rose water and I regretted not buying rose oil because its scent remained on my hand all day! The tour probably wouldn't have been so pleasant if Zakaria hadn't been there. A Friend more than a Guide that we will definitely contact if we would return to Morocco.

Zakaria Ouaabi This is the name of our fantastic Guide, we spent a few days together visiting the desert and I must say it was a great experience. Incredible landscapes night in Berber tent in the desert where we arrived on dromedary. The following day Zak, took us to visit an encampment of Berber nomads, I can guarantee that it is not the usual thing made for tourist use but really an immersion in the customs and traditions of this people, proud and tied to the own traditions.A thank you to the agency Let's go to Morocco that advised by friends turned out to be far beyond expectations, well organized formed by young guys who speak Italian all empathic and passionate about their country.

We will leave Marrakech at 8:00 am towards the High Atlas Mountains, passing through the Tizi N'Tichka pass at an altitude of 2260 meters, from which we will admire spectacular landscapes.

We will then move to Touroug, where we will have lunch, before heading in the afternoon to the Erg Chebbi dunes, where we will spend the night. But not before taking a camel ride to watch the sunset, while the last rays of the sun envelop this immense sea of sand. Afterwards, we will have dinner and overnight in a Berber tent. Under a star-studded sky, we will let ourselves be enveloped by the peace and tranquility of the desert.
