    This trip was the best tour we have done in New York. The sights from the river are incredible. Andy the guide was full of information and he answered all our questions. We learnt so much. Don’t bother with Hop on Hop off bus as this is far superior.

    Was extremely disappointed after we’d already boarded the boat to find out we would be missing some of destinations due to bridge maintenance, no fault of CL of course, also, we’d payed for the “premier” seating which are comfortable, covered and “roped” in, but saw people who had not purchased premier coming over and sitting into the unsold seats as there is no monitoring. CL still gave a nice 2 1/2 hr tour with a knowledgeable guide. They did follow-up with a “survey” request which I gladly responded to voicing my disappointments in addition to commendations. They promptly responded, apologizing for any negativity I’d encountered and said they would take measures where they could to improve. I then called and spoke to a very understanding and pleasant representative who said she would relay my issues to higher up. Then I received an email from management saying they would compensate me which they did. That’s excellent customer service in my book and they should be commended for doing the right thing as I’d never asked for compensation. Well done CL!

    A wonderful way to learn about NY - our commentator was engaging and knowledgeable and the river cruise was relaxing and comfortable.

    Interesting stories told on tour. Andy ,our tour guide did a fantastic job. When you come to NYC you have to the big tour around Manhattan island.

    Our tour guide Alexis was insightful, knowledgeable, and delivered the information with humor. She took time to talk to individuals and answered individual questions. The tide was high so we did not get to go completely around, but she added new information on the way back making it just as nice. Great tour.
