    We had the pleasure to ride with Francesco our guide for the day. He showed us impressive places. Really pleassant person, he gives good information . We surely advise to take this trip when you are in Portugal. He also gave good tips to visite in the neigbourbood. The trip ended with nice specialty from Portugal.

    We had a wonderful afternoon in family with our 13 yo son. I loved this experience in contact with nature. It’s quite sporty (swimming and climbing) and challenging (jumps) but most of all breathtaking places to discover along the coast (secrets beaches). Ask for Chris as guide and you’ll spend a unforgettable and funny moment! It could seems expensive but at the end the organisation and all of what it takes to make it a great experience really worth it. You surely won’t be disappointed. We’ll surely come back at Vertente for trying another coasteering or the Kayak. This activity is Nature’s friendly. Tip: bring good grip shoes and sunscreen . Parking: it’s quite easy to park near the shop or there is a free shuttle from Sesimbra’s center.

    10 out of 10. Incredible experience from start to finish. Our guide picked us up in Lisbon and transported us to and from the location which made our over all excursion incredibly more pleasant and stress free. They provided wet suits, helmets, shoes and of course harnesses/climbing gear. I'd recommend bringing some biking gloves as the rocks can be a little rough. Would not recommend this activity if you have knee or back problems as it is very physical. The coastline provided some of the most gorgeous views of our entire trip. It was a fun and adrenaline pumping adventure!! Incredibly thankful to our guide for providing us a once in a lifetime day that we will forever cherish. Book this tour!!!! It's worth every penny.

    10 out of 10 experience. We went coasteering March 2020. Our guide picked us up in Lisbon and drove us to Sesimbra. They provided wetsuits, helmets and shoes for us. I'd recommend bringing some biking gloves as the rocks you climb can be a little rough. We brought our own gopro to take pictures. It was a very physical activity so I wouldn't recommend it if you have any back or knee problems. Our group consisted of my boyfriend, a soon to be tour guide Andre, our guide and myself so it was nice to have such a one-on-one experience. The views of the coast line are absolutely gorgeous, some of the most breath taking views of our entire trip. Thank you VERTENTE NATURAL for a once in a lifetime memory that we will forever cherish. It was incredibly fun and one hell of an adrenaline rush!!

    We went to discover the details not visible from the road, either in Sesimbra or Serra da Arrábida. Henrique, the “driver”, drives safely, has in-depth knowledge of the areas and their past, so we ended up taking a Jeep tour, with a lot of culture mixed in.
