    We really enjoyed this experience! Lexi and Annabelle both made the tour so lovely and fun. The teas were super tasty, as well as the food. We enjoyed riding past Central Park and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. I would recommend this tour to anyone who loves NYC!

    I booked a tour for January 25, 2025 because I am bringing my daughter to NY for her birthday. We booked the "Luxe" experience ($139) so we could all the extras, unfortunately, I have an allergy to Iodine and can't consume salmon or caviar. I sent a message through their website asking if they could simply substitute the salmon and caviar for an additional chicken sandwich. I didn't receive a response so after several days I called the number posted on Google. Firstly, when the customer service rep answered the call, it sounded like I interrupted a nap (I called at 4:30ish central time). I explained my situation and her response was a flat-out "No we can't do that; the food is catered" My response was "So if I paid for the "luxe" experience and the only luxe food options are seafood, what I am supposed to eat during the tour?" Her response was "Well don't eat it then" and "You should have gotten the petite menu instead". So basically, if you have a food allergy, you don't deserve the privilege of the luxe experience. Also, nowhere on their website does it say "WE CANNOT SUBSTITUTE FOOD" If it had said that, I would PASSED and not purchased tickets, which are non-refundable.

    0 star if I could. No tea, no water, constant dirty AC water dripping onto our plates, stale and old sandwiches, no sound system, and shorter route. What kind of afternoon tea has no tea? Pro: cute decor. That’s it. Not worth the $270 price we paid for 2 people. Waste of time and money. Jordan, the supervisor on board, promised us a full refund and told us to email corporate. We emailed and they won’t provide us a full refund, but instead offer to comp our next tickets. We won’t be in town, are not comfortable gifting a bad experience to our loved ones, and would appreciate a full refund ($270) for order 482870973890. Please do the right thing.

    All about this tour is an amazing experience! And a great treatment from all the staff. I 100% recommended for anyone who wants to meet the city.

    We celebrated my great niece's 18th birthday. There were 7 of us. It was so much fun. I highly recommend this wonderful experience. Our guide Lia gave us a wonderful tour and her singing was amazing! Our waitress, Lexi was very charming and very helpful.. All requests were done with a smile. She even took photos of us. I was amazed how much food we received since we had the Petite package. I liked that they gave us boxes to put our leftovers in. My travel cup even fit in it. Thanks for making my niece's birthday special
