    Renato offers a truly special experience in Porto thanks to his decision to run the tour early in the morning on weekdays. This schedule was a Great idea: youget to visit iconic landmarks like São Bento station and the Sé Cathedral when they’re still empty and quiet, so you can really appreciate their beauty without the crowds. Renato himself is charismatic, kind, and attentive. He’s carefully planned a walking route of about two hours that’s very manageable! nothing too strenuous, though there are a few sets of stairs (mostly going down). It’s a pleasant, relaxed pace that lets you take in the city’s atmosphere while learning about its history and hidden gems. I personally did the tour with my 10-month-old baby in a carrier and had no trouble keeping up. Renato and everyone in the group were so welcoming and patient, even making it easy to fit in a few nursing breaks along the way. Despite a bit of rain, the whole experience was absolutely unmissable. The tour finishes at the stunning Ribeira, giving you the perfect view of the riverfront just as the city starts to come alive. Overall, it’s a thoughtful, well-organized, and very rewarding way to see Porto in a quieter, more authentic way. Highly recommended!

    It was an incredible tour! We started a little bit early, but it was totally worth it. Experiencing the city at this hour was absolutely amazing — the streets were calm, and we had plenty of space to walk, explore, and truly appreciate the surroundings. It gave us the opportunity to discover things that would normally go unnoticed during busier times. Renato was a fantastic guide! He shared fascinating explanations and curiosities throughout the tour, always with a smile and a great sense of humor. His passion and knowledge really made the experience special. He was attentive, engaging, and created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. I absolutely recommend this tour — 10/10! Thank you for the amazing experience!

    If you prefer to explore destinations without the crowds, this tour is an absolute must! Porto can get crazy busy but starting early into, when it's calm and quieter, allowed us to appreciate the charm and details of this beautiful city. Renato was caring and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure we were enjoying the experience. He took us into hidden streets in the main touristic area, revealing hidden gems that I would’ve never discovered on my own. Be prepared for some stairs and uphill climb - after all, you're in Portugal :) I wish every city had this kind of intimate, thoughtful and crowd-free experience. Highly recommend!

    If you want to see the real, authentic Porto before the crowds arrive, this early morning walking tour is perfect. We explored not only the famous spots like the stunningly decorated train station, but also hidden streets, tucked-away viewpoints, and charming corners that you’d never find on your own.
