    The beginning at martinmorte was great, our guide was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Make sure you bring sneakers you’ll be walking a lot, but Tina will give you the option to take the train.

    We always get a hop on hop off bus on our first day of touring any city to get the lay of the land. This bus was great but neglected to tell us the pickup spot had moved around the corner and we waited for over an hour in the wrong spot. Besides that, the bus tour was informative and we enjoyed it once we got on.

    I can't begin to tell you how disappointing the service was . The fundamentals were completely wrong. For example the map supplied was "Bad and wrong" These are the words of the staff btw, not me. I was totally confused and lost most of the time. The route "no longer" covered Sacre Cour, was not close to the Eiffel Tower. We got the Seine Cruise package and if we did not have GPS on the phone you have no hope of getting there. Their directions were, and I'm not kidding "follow the crowd". There are many, many crowds all going to different places, unreal.

    An excellent way to see the highlights of Paris. You cross the Seine several times and literally get to see everything, the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Montmartre, Champs Elysees. Also as you can hop-on and off, you get to choose where you want to spend your time. The buses run very frequently so no long waits at the bus stops. Would highly recommend.

    We had accepted the limited route due to the Olympics and were expecting a reduced service but we were not expecting such poor commentary which wasn’t based around interesting facts of Paris or even the buildings we we passing. The commentary was personal opinions of areas of Paris which were quite frankly at times inappropriate! That was when there was actually speaking as most of the time it was a random loop of music.

    What to expect

    You can redeem your ticket and start the tour at any of the bus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board. Buses run daily from 9:30am to 6.30pm from April to October and from 9:30am to 5.00pm from November to March. Frequency at the stops is every 15 minutes. Upon first validation on board the bus your ticket is valid 24, 48 or 72 hours according to the option chosen. We highly recommend customers to download the Tootbus app to follow the buses in real time, see the points of interest, access the audio commentary and enjoy self-guided walking tours.
