the Rock Complex of San Giorgio al Paradiso winds through one of the most exclusive routes of the Sasso Barisano. A unique and hidden place where it is possible to read the visual narration of the adaptations undergone in the millenary eras of the Rock civilization: from an ancient cave, shared by men and animals, the site is ennobled into a church and then became an oil mill; finally during the 17th century it was transformed into a cellar for the production and conservation of wine.
