Bruno has taken us to all great places. We started with a morning in Cascais, then headed to Pena Palace, there was an issue with the Van and it was quickly taken care of which we kept on schedule. We stopped for lunch, not the favorite place for food but good. We then had Bruno went with us at Regaleira and gave us a great history about it! At the end we stopped at Cape Roca and finished in an incredible adventure driving through very narrow streets and being able to enjoy the local culture.

I was looking for a Sintra daytrip tour for last Tuesday the 20th and having spoken to a couple of really good tour guide companies, Bruno stood out for being able to provide not only a fantastic offer (entry tickets included for Pena Palace and Monserrat) and the fact that they were a local business based in Sintra, really helped make me feel confident about going with them. Bruno also recognized that we would have a more consistent experience with him doing the tour versus the original plan of having the next best available person and he swapped and made the proactive move to be available for us. Was pretty impressive.
On the day of, we started earlier at 8:30AM so we can cover more ground. Bruno was on time, such a professional, and was warm and friendly. We started in Cascais but since I mentioned Estoril, he made sure we drove there to see it. For the duration of the day, Bruno brought us to Cabo da Roca, Monserrate Palace, and shared a wealth of information on the history of the place and did the same for Pena Palace, we only did the gardens given it was already a full day. Now, the Pena Palace is enormous and I somehow got lost in the gardens, perhaps the signs and symbols could also be improved. Thankfully, Bruno was already on his way back to pick us up and literally met me halfway along the lakes. What a huge relief, especially when your phone battery is about to die on you. One thing that my husband and I also tremendously enjoyed is the lunch spot where he took us. It's away from the touristic spots in Sintra and the view is incredible. If you don't mind paying for fantastic food (esp. seafood), you'll definitely enjoy. If you read this and you end up hiring him, tell him to bring you there. It was easily our best meal in Lisbon and the highlight of our day even. We enjoyed his company and invited him for lunch as well, we definitely had a great time and meañ together. As he drove us back to the hotel, we realized that we actually ended way past 6pm and it didn't feel like a private tour that counted every hour solely for revenue. I'm about to create a YT video about our Sintra daytrip so feel free to check that (channl on my profile). Overall, Bruno and his company have my highest recommendation. Our tour guide, Joǎo Lopes, was incredibly passionate about the history and culture of Portugal and the surrounding Lisbon area making the trip that much more enjoyable. He also was extremely good about giving recommendations, asking if we had any special requests, being flexible and giving you time to explore.
