Public transportation options in Marion County are limited. Rural public transportation is available through SETHRA Transit, but requires a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Contact the Marion County transportation office for scheduling and fare information. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Nashville to South Pittsburg via Nashville International Airport and Krystal-Kimball. From Krystal-Kimball, you would need to take a taxi or rideshare to the hospital, which is approximately 1 mile away. Taxi/rideshare cost: $5 - $15.
