The Ruins of the Red Mosque are located to your right as you approach the center of the castle. Look for the remnants of the mosque structure among the historical buildings.

From the Berat bus station, take a local minibus or a taxi to the Berat Castle area. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the castle entrance. Once you arrive, follow the same walking instructions provided earlier: head uphill through the castle entrance and keep going straight until you find the Ruins of the Red Mosque on your right within the castle walls.

If you are starting from the Ethnographic Museum in Berat, exit the museum and head towards the river. Cross the bridge to the other side, then turn left and follow the riverside path.
