Skënduli House is located in the Palorto neighborhood of Gjirokastra's Old Town. From the Gjirokastra Bazaar, walk uphill along the cobblestone streets towards the Ethnographic Museum. Skënduli House is a short walk from the Ethnographic Museum. Be prepared for steep inclines and uneven surfaces. Taxis are readily available in the New Town and can take you to the entrance of the Old Town for approximately 200-300 Lekë. From there, it is a short walk to the house.

Gjirokastra has a public bus circuit that connects the New Town to the Old Town. Take the bus that goes to the Old Town and get off at the Ethnographic Museum stop. From there, it is a short walk to Skënduli House. A single bus fare costs approximately 30 Lekë. Be prepared for a steep walk uphill from the bus stop to the house.
