From Dibra, take a bus towards Kukës. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once in Kukës, hire a local taxi or minibus to Borie-Lurë, which costs around 200-300 Albanian Lek. The taxi ride takes about 20-30 minutes. From Borie-Lurë, it's a 15-minute walk to the park entrance.

Hire a taxi from anywhere in Dibra. Negotiate the fare before starting the journey; it should be around 2,000 to 3,000 Albanian Lek for a one-way trip to Lura-Dejës National Park. The drive takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

From Dibra's center, head southeast on the SH6 road towards Kukës. After approximately 21 km, look for signs to Borie-Lurë. Turn left onto the road leading to Borie-Lurë and follow it for about 10 km until reaching the park entrance. Be aware that road conditions can be challenging, and a 4x4 vehicle may be necessary.
