    From the center of Tirana, walk towards the National Art Gallery. Continue past the gallery, heading towards the Grand Park of Tirana. Walk through the park until you reach the Artificial Lake; Three Times Black is located on the southern shore of the lake. Walking from Skanderbeg Square takes approximately 20-30 minutes.

    From Skanderbeg Square, take Bus Line 2 towards the Grand Park of Tirana. Get off at the stop near the Artificial Lake. Three Times Black is located on the southern shore of the lake. A single bus ticket costs 40 Lek.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available in Tirana. A taxi ride from Skanderbeg Square to the Grand Park area will cost approximately 500-800 Lek, depending on traffic. Agree on the price with the driver beforehand.
