From Tirana, take the SH3 road south towards Elbasan. After approximately 20 km, look for signs to Baldushk and follow that road. Continue through Baldushk towards Kakunj. Once in Kakunj, follow local signs or ask for directions to Ujëvara e Madhe e Kakunjës. Parking is available near the trailhead, though it can be limited during peak season. Expect to walk the last part to the waterfall.

Ensure to inform the bus driver of your destination. Get off the bus at the last stop in Kakunj, where you will see signs pointing to Ujëvara e madhe e Kakunjës (Big Waterfall of Kakunja). Once you arrive in Kakunj, walk towards the village center. Follow the signs towards the waterfall, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop. The bus fare is approximately 200-300 Lek.
