Start from the center of Pogradec, near the main square. Head east on Rruga e Demokracisë and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the waterfront of Lake Ohrid. Once you reach the lake, turn right and follow the lakeside path, which will lead you toward the town of Ohrid. This path is scenic and allows you to enjoy the views of the lake. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will reach the border between Albania and North Macedonia. Continue walking straight along the lakeside path for another 1 kilometer, and you will see signs directing you to the Nativity of the Holy Mother of God church. It is situated on a hill overlooking the lake in the Kaneo area of Ohrid.
