Public Transport
From the center of Canillo (Plaça del Consell), walk to the nearest bus stop on Carretera General. Take the L1 bus towards Andorra la Vella and get off at the Sant Joan de Caselles stop after approximately 5 minutes. From there, walk northwest on Carrer de la Cota for about 300 meters to reach the Palau de Gel. Bus fare is approximately €2-3.

From Canillo Church (Església de Sant Serni de Canillo), head west on Carrer de l'Església towards Carrer de la Font. Turn left onto Carrer de la Font until you reach Carretera General AD100. Turn right and walk along the road for 15-20 minutes until you see the Palau de Gel d'Andorra on your left. This is a straightforward walk with no additional costs.
