From Plaça del Consell in Canillo, walk to the nearest bus stop on Carretera General. Take the L1 bus towards Andorra la Vella. After about 5 minutes, get off at the Sant Joan de Caselles stop. From there, walk northwest on Carrer de la Cota for about 300 meters to find the Palau de Gel d'Andorra on your left. A single bus fare within Andorra typically costs around €2.
