Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From downtown Bariloche, take bus number 20 towards Llao Llao. You'll need a SUBE card to pay the fare, which is approximately 92 ARS. The bus ride takes about 45-50 minutes. Get off at Puerto Pañuelo, the second to last stop, before the bus turns towards the Llao Llao Hotel. From there, walk along the Circuito Chico road for about 15 minutes (1 km) to reach the official park entrance, information center, and trailhead. Note: As of March 2025, there is an entrance fee of 1155 ARS to enter the Llao Llao Municipal Park. Tickets can be purchased online or via a QR code at the park entrance.

    From the Llao Llao Hotel, walk back down the hill for about 300 meters and turn left onto the Circuito Chico road. Continue along this road until you reach the trailhead for Cerro Llao Llao, approximately 1 km from Puerto Pañuelo. The entrance to the trail will be on your right. Note: As of March 2025, there is an entrance fee of 1155 ARS to enter the Llao Llao Municipal Park. Tickets can be purchased online or via a QR code at the park entrance.
