Getting There

  • Car

    From the main highway in Kaibab National Forest, take AZ-67 North toward the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Continue on AZ-67 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the junction with Forest Road 610. Turn left onto Forest Road 610. Follow this road for about 5 miles, passing through scenic pine forests. Look for signs directing you to the Kanab Creek Wilderness. The road may become unpaved, so make sure your vehicle is suitable for off-road conditions. After another 2 miles, you will arrive at the Kanab Creek Wilderness trailhead.

  • Public Transportation + Car Rental

    If you are arriving via public transportation, take a bus to Flagstaff, AZ. From Flagstaff, rent a car from a local rental agency. Once you have your vehicle, head north on I-17 toward US-180 East. Continue on US-180 for approximately 60 miles until you reach the intersection with AZ-67.
