Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, then get off at the stop at 19th Avenue and Happy Valley Road. From there, transfer to Bus Route 83 towards the Desert Ridge Marketplace. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop at 16th Street and Sonoran Desert Drive. Walk east for about 5 minutes to reach the entrance of the Sonoran Preserve - Desert Vista Trailhead.

    From the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, take the PHX Sky Train to the 44th Street/Washington Light Rail station. From there, board the Light Rail heading towards Mesa and get off at the 19th Avenue/Deer Valley stop. Transfer to Bus Route 83 towards Desert Ridge Marketplace. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop at 16th Street and Sonoran Desert Drive. Walk east for around 5 minutes to reach the Sonoran Preserve - Desert Vista Trailhead.
