    If you are starting from the Sedona Visitor Center located at 331 Forest Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336, head east on Forest Rd toward AZ-89A. Turn left onto AZ-89A and walk north for about 1.5 miles. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. Continue walking until you see the sign for Oak Creek Canyon Natural Area on your left. The entrance is marked, and the address is 10099 N State Rte 89A.

  • Bicycle

    To reach Oak Creek Canyon from the Sedona Bike Park, head east on Posse Ground Rd. After about a quarter mile, turn right onto AZ-89A. Continue biking north on AZ-89A for approximately 2 miles. Watch for the Oak Creek Canyon Natural Area entrance on your left. You can secure your bike at the bike rack near the entrance.

  • Public Transit

    If you are near the Sedona shuttle stop at the corner of AZ-89A and State Route 179, take the shuttle that is headed northbound. This should take you directly towards Oak Creek Canyon. Notify the driver that you would like to get off at the Oak Creek Canyon stop. From the stop, it’s a short walk to the entrance at 10099 N State Rte 89A.
