Cross the bridge and continue walking straight until you reach College Avenue. Turn right on College Avenue and continue walking north. You'll see Papago Park on your left at 1000 N College Ave, Tempe, AZ 85288. The walk should take about 30 minutes.

If you have access to a bike, you can rent one from a nearby bike-sharing station. Start from Tempe Beach Park and head towards the Lake. Follow the bike path around Tempe Town Lake, taking the scenic route along the water. When you reach the bridge, cross over and continue biking north on College Avenue. Papago Park will be on your left at 1000 N College Ave, Tempe, AZ 85288. The biking route will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.
