Car
If you are driving from any location in Verde Valley, head southeast on AZ-89A toward Cottonwood. Continue on AZ-89A until you reach the intersection with I-17 South. Merge onto I-17 South and drive for approximately 25 miles. Take exit 259 for AZ-77 South toward Tucson. Continue on AZ-77 South for about 90 miles until you reach Tucson. Once in Tucson, follow signs for Downtown. Turn left onto E Broadway Blvd, then right onto S Granada Ave. The Sosa-Carrillo House will be on your left at 151 S Granada Ave. Look for nearby parking options; there may be metered street parking or public parking lots available.

To reach Sosa-Carrillo House using public transport, start by taking the Verde Lynx bus from various locations in Verde Valley to Cottonwood. From Cottonwood, transfer to the Greyhound bus heading to Tucson. The Greyhound bus will take you to the Tucson station. Once in Tucson, you can take the Sun Link Streetcar from the Tucson station. Board the streetcar heading toward the University of Arizona and get off at the stop near E Broadway Blvd and S Granada Ave. From there, it’s a short walk to 151 S Granada Ave where the Sosa-Carrillo House is located. Be sure to check the bus and streetcar schedules for the latest times and any potential costs.
