If you're driving from Branson, MO, take US-65 N towards Springfield. Continue on US-65 N for about 40 miles. Take the exit onto I-44 W toward Tulsa. After about 15 miles, take exit 88B for US-60 W toward Willard. Merge onto US-60 W and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit onto MO-13 N, and after about 8 miles, take the exit toward MO-160 W. Follow MO-160 W for about 3 miles, then turn right onto State Hwy V. Continue on State Hwy V for about 2 miles, and the Nathan and Olive Boone Homestead State Historic Site will be on your right at 7850 N, 8159 State Hwy V, Ash Grove, MO 65604.
