If you are driving from the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, head south on the main road towards the city center. Continue straight for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Hambardzunyan Street. Turn left onto Hambardzunyan Street and drive for about 1 kilometer. You will find the Victory Monument at 54 Hambardzunyan St, Arevshat. Parking is available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

To reach the Victory Monument using public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop from the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex. Take bus number 32 towards Arevshat. After about 20 minutes of travel, get off at the 'Arevshat' stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to the Victory Monument. Head northwest on Hambardzunyan Street, and you will see the monument on your left. The bus fare is approximately 100 AMD.
