Public Transport
From Kapan city center, head to the Kapan Bus Station (located at 1st Street, near the main square). Look for a bus heading towards Yeghegnadzor. The trip takes about 1 hour on a local bus. Upon arrival at Yeghegnadzor, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Orbelian Caravanserai, which is approximately 10 km away. If walking, take the Yerevanyan Highway, and follow the signs towards Orbelian Caravanserai. It should take around 2 hours to walk there. Alternatively, you can negotiate a taxi fare from Yeghegnadzor to the Caravanserai, which is more convenient and takes about 15 minutes.

If you are staying in the Yeghegnadzor area, walk towards the Yerevanyan Highway from the center of Yeghegnadzor. Follow Yerevanyan Highway (also known as M2) heading southeast. Continue walking for about 10 km until you reach the Orbelian Caravanserai. Look for road signs along the way to guide you. This route is scenic and should take approximately 2 hours.
