Ferry
De Palm Island is accessible only by ferry from the De Palm Island Ferry Terminal. If you have your own transportation, drive to the terminal, located south of downtown Oranjestad. From downtown, go past the airport and take a right at the 3rd roundabout; look for the De Palm Island road sign. Parking is free. Purchase your day pass at the terminal or online in advance. The ferry ride is included in the day pass and departs every 15 minutes. Bus
To reach the De Palm Island Ferry Terminal by bus from Palm Beach, take the Arubus N.V. bus from Arawak Gardens to the Arubus Terminal in Oranjestad. Then, transfer to another bus that will take you to L.G. Smith Boulevard, near the ferry terminal. From there, it is a short walk to the De Palm Island Ferry Terminal. Please note that there is no direct bus from Palm Beach to Palm Island. Typical Costs: * Bus fare: approximately $2 - $3
