Car
From the main area of Blue Mountains National Park, head towards the Great Western Highway (A32) and merge onto the highway. Follow the highway south towards Penrith. After approximately 30 km, take the exit toward Jamisontown. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Jamison Rd. Continue straight for about 3 km until you reach a roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto Tench Ave. The Tench Reserve Boat Ramp will be on your right, just a short drive down the road.

Start at any major train station in the Blue Mountains, such as Katoomba Station. Take a train towards Sydney Central Station and alight at Penrith Station. From Penrith Station, you can catch a bus (Route 791) towards Jamisontown. Get off at the stop nearest to Tench Ave. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to the Tench Reserve Boat Ramp. Make sure to check the local bus timetable for schedule and frequency.
