To reach Jamison Lookout via public transport, take a train from Sydney's Central Station to Wentworth Falls Station. Trains depart hourly and the journey takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes, costing $6 - $10. From Wentworth Falls Station, you can take the 685 bus towards Katoomba to the corner of Fletchers Road and Falls Road, which costs $1 - $2. From there, it's approximately a 2km walk along Falls Road to the Wentworth Falls Picnic Area and Jamison Lookout. Alternatively, from the Wentworth Falls Station, a taxi to the lookout will cost approximately $8 - $10.

If driving from Sydney, take the Great Western Highway (A32) towards Wentworth Falls. Once in Wentworth Falls, turn onto Falls Road and follow it to the end, where you'll find the Wentworth Falls Picnic Area and Jamison Lookout. Parking is available at the picnic area, but it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends. Parking is free.
