Car
If you are driving from Katoomba, head south on Katoomba St towards Bathurst Rd. After 2.5 km, turn right onto the Great Western Highway/A32. Continue for about 9 km until you reach the turn-off for Wentworth Falls. Follow Wentworth Falls Rd, then turn left onto Anvil Rock Track. There will be signs directing you to Anvil Rock Lookout. Parking is available at the base of the track.
Public Transportation
To reach Anvil Rock Lookout via public transport, take a train from Sydney to Katoomba Station. From Katoomba, board the bus number 686 towards Wentworth Falls. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Anvil Rock Track. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the Anvil Rock Lookout. The track is a short walk from the bus stop.
