If you're driving from Katoomba, head onto the Great Western Highway (A32) and follow the signs towards Wentworth Falls. After approximately 4 kilometers, turn left onto Falls Road, which will lead you to the entrance of the National Pass. There is parking available nearby, but it can fill up quickly on weekends, so arrive early.

To reach the National Pass by public transport, catch the train from Sydney to Katoomba Station on the Blue Mountains Line. Once you arrive at Katoomba Station, exit and catch the 686 bus towards Wentworth Falls. Get off at the stop nearest to Falls Road. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance of the National Pass. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary.
