Public Bus
From the Cairns Central Station, head to the bus terminal located adjacent to the shopping center. Look for the bus service that heads towards Edge Hill. You can take Bus Route 110 or 111 towards Edge Hill. Make sure to check the bus schedule for times. Get off at the Collins Avenue stop which is close to Tanks Arts Centre. From the bus stop, walk 5 minutes down Collins Avenue towards the Tanks Arts Centre, which will be on your right at 46 Collins Ave, Edge Hill.

Walking
If you are near Cairns Esplanade, start at the Esplanade Boardwalk. Walk north towards the Cairns Botanic Gardens. Continue past the gardens heading towards Collins Avenue. Once you reach Collins Avenue, turn left and walk for about 15-20 minutes. Tanks Arts Centre will be located at 46 Collins Ave, Edge Hill, right on your left side.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Cairns, such as Cairns Bike Hire. Head towards the Cairns Esplanade and follow the bike path along the waterfront.
