From the centre of Southbank, head towards the Yarra River. You can start at the Arts Centre Melbourne. Walk towards the river and take the footpath along the Yarra River promenade. Continue walking along the river until you reach the Queens Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue onto Queens Bridge Street. The Sandridge Bridge Historic Plaque will be on your left at 3 Queens Bridge St, Southbank VIC 3006. This walk should take you about 10-15 minutes.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a tram from Southbank. Head to the nearest tram stop, which is located on St Kilda Road. Board the tram heading towards the city (Tram 58 or 82). Get off at the stop at 'Queens Bridge' (this is just before you reach the bridge). From there, walk towards Queens Bridge Street. The Sandridge Bridge Historic Plaque is located at 3 Queens Bridge St, Southbank VIC 3006, just a short walk away. The tram ride is free within the Southbank area if you are within the Free Tram Zone.
