If you are driving from Central West, head southeast on the Great Western Highway (A32). Continue on A32 for approximately 200 kilometers. Merge onto the M4 Motorway towards Sydney. After about 120 kilometers, take the exit toward Parramatta Rd/A44. Continue on Parramatta Rd. After about 10 kilometers, merge onto the M1 towards Melbourne. Follow signs for the Hume Freeway/A31 for approximately 700 kilometers. Take exit 1 for State Route 1 towards Melbourne. Continue on State Route 1 until you reach the city center. Once in Melbourne, follow signs for Collins Street, where the Manchester Unity Building is located at 220 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000. Parking may be available nearby but may incur additional costs.

To reach the Manchester Unity Building via public transport, start by taking a train from Central West to Melbourne Central Station. Check the local train schedules for the most efficient route, as it may involve transfers. Once you arrive at Melbourne Central Station, exit the station and head towards Lonsdale Street. Walk south on Lonsdale Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Collins Street. Turn left onto Collins Street and continue walking for another 5 minutes.
