To reach Daintree Boatman Wildlife Cruises from the south, follow the Captain Cook Highway north towards Mossman. Continue through Mossman and turn onto the Mossman-Daintree Road. Follow this road until you reach Daintree Village. The boat ramp is located 100 meters downhill from the Daintree Village Hotel. Parking is available in Daintree Village. Note that to reach Daintree Village from the south, you will need to cross the Daintree River via the Daintree Ferry. A return trip on the Daintree Ferry for a standard car costs $49.

While public transport options directly to Daintree Village are limited, consider taking a bus from Cairns or Port Douglas to Mossman. From Mossman, you can arrange a taxi or shuttle to Daintree Village, approximately 30 minutes away. Taxi fares from Mossman to Daintree Village typically range from $60-$80. Once in Daintree Village, the boat ramp is easily accessible on foot.
