    If you're driving from Apollo Bay, take the Great Ocean Road (B100) heading west. Follow the B100 for approximately 80 km. You will pass through Lorne and continue on the scenic coastal road. Eventually, you will come to a junction where you need to take the A1 towards Warrnambool. After about 45 km, take the exit for Peterborough. Follow the signs for Peterborough and then take Bay of Islands Track. The Bay of Islands will be on your right. Look for the parking area near the viewing platforms.

    To reach Bay of Islands from Melbourne using public transportation, take a train from Southern Cross Station to Warrnambool. The journey takes approximately 3 hours. Once in Warrnambool, catch a local bus to Peterborough (check the bus schedule as they may vary). After arriving in Peterborough, walk towards Bay of Islands Track, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs leading to the coastal park.
