Head east on the Kosciuszko Road (B62) towards the entrance of Kosciuszko National Park. Continue along the Kosciuszko Road for about 17 km until you reach the Dead Horse Gap car park. The car park is well-signposted and located at the trailhead for the walking track.

If walking, head south on the Alpine Way, then turn left onto Dead Horse Gap Road, which will lead you directly to the car park.
