Public Bus
From Noosa Heads, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Noosa Junction'. Catch the 'Sunshine Coast Bus' route 632 towards 'Maleny'. The bus journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at 'Maleny' bus stop, which is the main stop in Maleny. From there, walk south on Maple Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Mountain View Road. Turn left onto Mountain View Road and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the entrance to Mary Cairncross Park on your right.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Noosa Heads. Head west on Noosa Parade towards Noosaville. Follow the bike paths along the river until you reach the Noosa River ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Tewantin. Once you arrive in Tewantin, find the bike path that leads to the back roads towards Maleny. Follow the bike paths and roads leading through the countryside, approximately 25 kilometers. When you get close to Maleny, follow the signs towards Mountain View Road. Mary Cairncross Park will be on your left after about 1.5 kilometers on Mountain View Road.

If you prefer to walk, start from Noosa Heads and head towards Noosa National Park. Walk through the park along the coastal track until you reach Sunshine Beach. Continue walking along the beach towards the town of Sunrise Beach and then to Peregian Beach. From Peregian Beach, walk along the back roads towards the town of Eumundi. Once in Eumundi, follow the signs to Maleny, which is approximately 30 kilometers away. It is a long trek, so be prepared for a full day of walking. Once you arrive in Maleny, ask locals for directions to Mountain View Road, where Mary Cairncross Park is located.
