Walking
If you are starting from the Port Douglas Village Centre, head east on Macrossan Street towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street where you will find the beach access path. Follow this path onto Four Mile Beach. Once on the beach, walk north along the shoreline for about 20 minutes until you reach Four Mile Beach Park, which is located at the northern end of the beach.

From the Port Douglas Village Centre, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Head east on Macrossan Street, then turn left onto Wharf Street. Continue straight, passing by the marina, and take the path leading to Four Mile Beach. Once on the beach, ride north along the beach path until you reach Four Mile Beach Park. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Check for local shuttle bus services operating in Port Douglas. Board a shuttle heading towards Four Mile Beach. The bus will drop you off at a stop closest to the beach access point.
