If you are driving from Adelaide, take the South Road (A1) south towards Victor Harbor. After approximately 80 km, follow signs to the Cape Jervis ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island, which takes about 45 minutes and costs around AUD 98 for a standard car and driver. Once you arrive in Penneshaw, drive along Hog Bay Road, then turn left onto Playford Hwy (B34). Continue on Playford Hwy for about 25 km, and you will find the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park at 4068 Playford Hwy, Duncan SA 5223.
