Walking
If you are staying in the heart of Surfers Paradise, start at Cavill Avenue, which is the main pedestrian precinct. Head north along Cavill Avenue towards the beach. Once you reach the beach, turn right (east) and walk along the beachfront promenade until you reach Main Beach Parade. This should take about 15-20 minutes. When you arrive at Main Beach Parade, turn left and continue walking north for about 10 minutes until you see Macintosh Island Park on your right. The entrance is marked, and you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you enter.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Surfers Paradise, walk to the nearest bus stop on Gold Coast Highway. Catch the bus number 750 towards Southport. After approximately 10 minutes, disembark at the Main Beach Parade stop. From there, walk south along Main Beach Parade for about 5-10 minutes. Macintosh Island Park will be on your left. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

Cycling
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike hire stations located around Surfers Paradise. Start at the beachfront and ride north along the Coastal Path. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at Main Beach Parade. Keep heading north along Main Beach Parade for another 5 minutes, and Macintosh Island Park will be on your left. There are bike racks available near the park entrance.
