If you're driving from the Sydney CBD, head south on Elizabeth Street and continue onto South Dowling Street. Follow the signs for the Eastern Distributor to get onto the M1 motorway. Take the exit towards Moore Park and follow Anzac Parade. Once you reach the intersection with the Southern Cross Drive, turn left. Continue until you reach the coast, where you'll find the entrance to the Shark Island ferry terminal at the end of the road. Note that parking in the area may be limited, so consider parking in nearby Moore Park and walking to the ferry terminal.

From Circular Quay, take a ferry to Shark Island. Ferries run regularly, and you can check the schedule online or at the terminal. The ferry ride takes approximately 20 minutes.
