Walking
If you are starting from Bregenz's train station (Bregenz Bahnhof), exit the station and head south on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Kirchstraße. Turn right onto Kirchstraße and follow it until you reach the intersection with Seestraße. Turn left onto Seestraße, which will lead you to the waterfront. Once you reach the lake, turn right and walk along the promenade for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see signs for the ferry terminal on your left. Board the ferry to Lindau, Germany, which will take about 20 minutes. After disembarking in Lindau, follow the signs towards the city center. Bismarckplatz is located a short walk from the ferry terminal, just follow Bismarckstraße directly to the square.

From Bregenz, take the bus number 5 from the Bregenz Bahnhof to the Lindau, Bahnhof stop. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lindau Bahnhof, follow the signs to the city center. Walk straight along Bahnhofstraße until you reach the intersection with Bismarckstraße. Turn right onto Bismarckstraße, and you will find Bismarckplatz a few minutes down the road on your left.
