Start at Graz Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Exit the train station and head southwest on Südtiroler Platz toward Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight onto Annenstraße. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Herrengasse. Turn left onto Herrengasse. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer, and you will find the Parish Church of the Holy Blood on your right at Herrengasse 23.

From Graz Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 1 (direction: Gösting) or tram line 6 (direction: St. Peter). Ride for 4 stops and get off at the 'Jakominiplatz' tram stop. From Jakominiplatz, walk north on Jakominigasse until you reach the intersection with Herrengasse. Turn left onto Herrengasse, and after a short walk, the Parish Church of the Holy Blood will be on your right at Herrengasse 23.
