From Jakomini, head towards the nearest tram stop, which is either Jakominiplatz or Graz Hauptbahnhof. If you are at Jakominiplatz, take tram line 1 or 7 heading towards 'Graz, St. Leonhard' or 'Graz, Andritz'. If you are at Graz Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 1 towards 'Graz, St. Leonhard'. The journey will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Jakominiplatz' stop.

After getting off at Jakominiplatz, walk towards the Hauptplatz. You will see a large pedestrian area. Head straight through the pedestrian zone, which is filled with shops and cafes. Continue walking straight until you reach the Hauptplatz, which is the central square of Graz. The distance from Jakominiplatz to Hauptplatz is around 800 meters and should take approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.

Public Transport
Alternatively, you can take tram line 4 or 5 from Jakominiplatz to 'Hauptplatz'. The tram stop is located at Jakominiplatz. The ride is about 5 minutes long. Once you get off at Hauptplatz, you will be right at the center of Graz, where you can explore the area.
