If you are at Jakominiplatz, take tram line 1 or 7 heading towards 'Graz, St. Leonhard' or 'Graz, Andritz'. If you are at Graz Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 1 towards 'Graz, St. Leonhard'. The journey will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Jakominiplatz' stop.
